The latest shaking triggered several new rockfalls, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.agu.org\/landslideblog\/2011\/06\/14\/rockfalls-from-m6-0-aftershock-in-christchurch-new-zealand\/\">as Dave Petley reported<\/a> with some striking pictures. As ever, Christchurch geologist Mark Quigley <a href=\"http:\/\/tvnz.co.nz\/national-news\/geologist-tremors-not-over-despite-big-ones-4224956\">talks a lot of sense on New Zealand TV<\/a> about these latest quakes and the future seismic hazard.\n<\/li>\n<li>The Big Picture&#8217;s feature on Japan, 3 months after the quake.
